We may also collect demographic data through surveys provided to users.

Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time. Wasaleeny may retain user data after requesting deletion due to legal or regulatory requirements, the reasons mentioned in this policy, or other reasons Wasaleeny deems appropriate.

Following an account deletion request, Wasaleeny will delete the user account and data, unless it must be retained due to legal or regulatory requirements, for safety and security and fraud prevention purposes, or due to a problem with the user account such as an outstanding balance, outstanding claim or unresolved dispute, or for any reason it deems appropriate. Riders may enable Wasaleeny to share real-time location data from their mobile device with police, fire and emergency services. Wasaleeny provides users with notifications about the status of trips and updates related to their account. Users may allow Wasaleeny to send push notifications regarding discounts and news offers from Wasaleeny. Push notifications may be enabled or deactivated through the “Settings” > “Privacy” menus in the Wasaleeny application.

  A system of mutual evaluation holds everyone accountable for their behaviour, and taking responsibility helps create a respectful and safe environment for both female drivers and passengers.

   Passengers can view the average rating in the main menu within the Wasaleenyapplication, as well as view the details of the average rating in the WasaleenyPrivacy Center.

   Female drivers can also view the average rating after clicking on the profile in the Shareek & Wasaleenyapp.

  Recipients of orders, restaurants and stores may also rate delivery partners and partners.

Wasaleeny provides users with the following choices about how their data is used for marketing and advertising purposes:
